Do you enhance the photographs?

Of course we do! All pictures are enhanced for brilliant colour. We also remove skin blemishes so you look your absolute best. We try to capture the mood of the day, sometimes it is necessary to add a colour tone, change the picture to black and white or sepia. This is all to enhance the visual experience and convey the mood.

 

Do you meet with the wedding couple before the wedding?

Absolutely! This is the time to ask any questions you have, make requests and just meet the photographers. It is important at this meeting to list the formal pictures you want, the family arrangements, brides maids, best man and the parents. Also the location should be discussed as well as rules they have about photographing during the ceremony.

 

Do you have backups in case of equipment failure?

Yes we always come fully prepared with backup equipment, so we never miss a moment of your wedding.

 

Do you give the couple a CD with their photographs?

Yes we do. In fact this CD contains high resolution printable images just as we would use it ourselves. It does not have any copy protection or marks of any kind.

 

Can we select which photographs goes into our album?

Yes, but we do set limits on the number of photographs and will advice you if a specific photograph does not contribute to the overall look and quality of the album.

 

How long before we can get our pictures and album?

This process can take a while since all pictures have to be enhanced. You can expect to have your album in 4 to 6 weeks.

 

Do you require a deposit at the time of booking?

Yes we require a R 5000 deposit when you make your booking. If you cancel your booking at least 1 months before the wedding we will refund your deposit. If you fail to cancel before this time your deposit will not be refunded.

 

Do you allow cheques and credit cards?

No we do not, all transactions are strictly cash only.
