Picture Taking Procedure
Herewith some suggestions and tips on how we would like the photo day to be organized.
Regarding individual photographs:
- The entire grade should assemble in class formation at the hall.
- The teacher of each register class should be present.
- The teacher of each class gets photographed at the end of his/her class.
- When the photographer starts with the last class of a grade, the next grade should be called.
Notes:
Having teachers present when the photographs are taken helps a lot with discipline and keeping the order. That is why we ask that they be photographed at the end of each class. They will also then be on the grouped class photograph.
Regarding group photographs:
- At least 3 groups should be called at a time.
- They should assemble from short to tall in one row (boys and girls).
- The teacher / trainer or any adult who needs to be on the photographs should be present.
- When one group finishes the next group or groups (if they are small groups) should be called.
